Right after the massive collaboration between Timaya and Sean Paul, Bum Bum remix dropped, rumours started making the rounds that the Ebgeri Papa 1 of Bayelsa got the dance-hall king collabo on a platter of gold. Reacting to the reports, Timaya during a recently a Rent interview debunked the rumours, revealing that he parted with a whopping N20 million to secure the collaboration with Sean Paul for the remix of his hit track Bum Bum, as well as 6 months of planning. ‘I spent over N20m just to put that song and video together. It cost that much to bring Sean Paul and his people from Jamaica; I’m not joking,” he asserted.
